Tall Pines
The name says it. This custom home neighborhood is nestled in a forest of pines, natural greenery and spring fed lake. It is centrally located for ease of shopping, exercise, schools and entertainment. The elementary school was brand new in 2002 and five minutes from the neighborhood. The middle school is a short bus ride of just over 2 miles away. And the high school, one of the best in the state, is right behind the community.
For being so close to the movie theatre, shopping, YMCA and other amenities, it is still a small secluded community with only one entrance and exit. Each being it’s own design and unique architecture.
The YMCA and high school are within walking distance, it is not necessary to have additional costs and responsibilities for other community amenities. |
